Investment Project in Szczecin
Szczecin, at the intersection of Aleja Wyzwolenia and Odzieżowa streets This is a prestigious construction of a multipurpose building with commercial space (for services and offices) and apartments. Building blueprints featuring modern technology and spatial solutions are currently under development in cooperation with an architects bureau based in the US. The design concept is based on conversion of prewar tenements aided by development of housing in the surrounding quarter into a six-storey base for a dynamically looking sail-shaped thirty-storey tower measuring approximately 130 meters (425 ft), which will complete a beauty spot of Aleja Wyzwolenia Street. The project currently features construction of approximately 53,000 sq. m (570,500 sq. ft) of floor surface for commercial and residential use. The projected high functional and spatial standard, quality of building material used, excellent workmanship, and of course the uniqueness of its shape – all this will qualify this complex as one of the best of its class, and compared to the market segment it will definitely be accounted for one of the most important construction projects of the 21st Century in the whole Poland. The described construction featuring residential, office and service floors will be executed on a triangle-shaped plot between Aleja Wyzwolenia and Odzieżowa, streets and Wincentego Witosa Square in Szczecin. The complex will consist of 30 above-ground and 2 underground levels. The building will be divided into three main parts, which at the same time will designate its functionalities: - the underground section: parking lots and maintenance floors (level -4 through -1), - the ground-level section: commercial surface for services, - the above-ground office section (level 2 through 5), - the above-ground residential section (levels 6 through 30). The apartment tower will be the highest part of the complex. The maximum height of the building will equal 100 meters (~330 ft) The lower, office section will measure up to 25 meters (~82 ft) The building will be accessed through road entrance from the side of Odzieżowa Street, and exit will lead to the Wincentego Witosa Square. The 4-level underground parking lot will be accessible through a ramp placed on the central inside courtyard. The planned land development features construction of roads, network infrastructure, security rooms, separate entrances for each section of the complex, lighting installations and landscape/streetscape architecture.
