Warsaw-Białołęka, Lewandów Street

The complex is being developed in the green district of Białołęka. During Stage One, fifteen 3 and 4-storey buildings will be built. Stage Two envisages the construction of a further 33 4-storey buildings with underground parking. Each building will consist of 38 apartments on three residential storeys and a garage floor elevated slightly above the ground level. The estate will be fenced. Apartments – with areas ranging from 29 to 57 sq.m. – come with balconies or loggias. Short distance to the city centre – over one of the three bridges – Grota-Roweckiego, Gdański or Śląsko-Dąbrowski – represent additional strengths of this location.
