DECLARATION
In connection with the announcement of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) of 5 December 2008 which informs that J.W. Construction Holding S.A. uses in contracts with clients prohibited clauses, the Management Board of J.W. Construction Holding S.A. declares that it does not agree with the decision of UOKiK and intends to immediately appeal against it to the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection.
