Amber Estate (Osiedle Bursztynowe) construction to start
J.W. Construction Holding S.A. has obtained a valid permit for building the Amber Estate, which will come into being in Warsaw's district of Wawer.
JW Projekt begins operations
JW Projekt, a spin-off subsidiary of J.W. Construction Holding S.A., began independent operations at the beginning of May.
J.W. Construction net earnings increased by 70% over the previous year

J.W. Construction increases apartment prices
Since 21 February 2008, the prices of apartments in two Warsaw construction projects JWCH – Lewandów Park II and Zielona Dolina (ul. Zdziarska) have increased by 10% per sq m.
